[Regarding cancellations of private party reservations]
If you cancel your reservation after booking the entire venue, the following cancellation fees will apply.
Cancellation fees are as follows: 6 months prior: 11,000 yen; 3 months prior: 33,000 yen; 2 months prior: 55,000 yen; 1 month prior: 77,000 yen; 3 weeks prior to the day of the event: 150,000 yen. However, for December, a cancellation fee of 220,000 yen will be charged for cancellations made 1 month prior to the event.
*This excludes situations where a state of emergency is declared or when public transportation is suspended due to natural disasters such as earthquakes.
